Once your registration has been submitted the Frequency team will contact you via email with a confirmation and details of how your payment can be made.

 

FREQUENCY 10 PAYMENT & REFUNDS POLICY

REGISTRATIONS
Once Frequency 10 have received your registration, a confirmation and tax invoice will be emailed to you. If you register but cannot attend your registration can be transferred to another person, this change must be made no later than 5 days prior to the start of Frequency 10.

PAYMENT
Payment must be received within 7 days of receipt of the tax invoice. Payments can be made by cheque or bank deposit (bank details will show on the tax invoice).

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If your registration is cancelled within the 7 days prior to the event we will refund 80% of your registration cost. If you register but do not attend, and no other delegate attends in your place you will be liable for the full registration. In the unlikely event that Frequency 10 is cancelled, your registration will be refunded in full. We make every effort to ensure that there are no changes to the speaker line up, however it is often difficult to predict schedules and as such we reserve the right to make changes to content or speaker line up.
